Daticks

Privacy Policy

Daticks helps churches organise their own records. This page explains what information is involved and how it is used in the service.

Information in Daticks

Account details include your name and email address. A church may add its name, contact details, logo, team members, member and visitor records, attendance, departments, programs, and draft communications. People may also submit details through public registration links shared by a church.

How it is used

This information is used to provide the church workspace, sign-in, invitations, registrations and the features the church chooses to use. A church's authorised Owner and Staff can access only the areas their permissions allow. Public registration forms show only the details needed for that form, not church records or staff information.

Communications

Messages prepared in Daticks are saved as drafts. Sharing through a device does not confirm delivery to anyone. Daticks does not currently send texts, emails or WhatsApp messages on a church's behalf.

Managing records

Church users with the right access can update records in their workspace. Archived member records remain stored so their linked history is retained. If you registered through a church link and want your information corrected, contact the church that shared the link.
