Daticks is an online workspace that helps churches manage members and visitors, first-timer registration and follow-ups, attendance and QR check-in, departments, programmes and registrations, service planning, birthdays, giving records and church communications.

Communications work in three ways: Daticks can send supported emails from a church's workspace when a church user chooses to send them, or automatically through automations the church turns on (such as birthday, first-timer and programme reminder emails); WhatsApp messages are shared from your own device using your own WhatsApp app, and Daticks does not send them or confirm delivery; SMS sending is not generally available, and where it is offered it depends on separately purchased SMS Credit and country availability.

Churches may connect their own online payment account to receive giving. Donations go to the church's own account; Daticks does not hold or process donations on a church's behalf.

You must provide accurate account details and be authorised by your church to set up a workspace for it. The person who creates a church workspace becomes its Primary Admin.

The Primary Admin can invite Staff and decide which sections and departments each person can use. Your church is responsible for granting access only to people it has authorised, and for removing access when it is no longer needed.

Your church controls the information it enters into Daticks, the registration and check-in links it shares, and the messages it sends. You must have a lawful basis to collect and use that information, including any information about children, and you are responsible for how your team uses it.

Daticks offers Quarterly (3 months) and Yearly (12 months) plans with unlimited members. Current prices and currency are shown on our website and at checkout. Each subscription is a one-off payment processed by our payment provider; Daticks does not store card details.

Creating an account does not start a charge. There is no free trial and no automatic renewal; you choose when to renew. You may explore your workspace before paying, but adding or changing records requires an active subscription. When a paid period ends without renewal, the workspace becomes read-only.

Optional SMS Credit is a separate prepaid purchase.

As subscriptions do not renew automatically, you can stop at any time by not renewing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests and payment reviews are handled under our Refund Policy.

You must not use Daticks to break the law, send unsolicited or misleading messages, upload harmful code, try to access another church's information, interfere with the service, or collect information you are not entitled to hold.

Keep your password secure and do not share your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

We work to keep Daticks available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve Daticks, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of issues with third-party providers. Sharing a message from your device is not proof that it was received.

Daticks, including its software, design and branding, belongs to Daticks. Your church keeps ownership of the information it enters. You give us permission to store and process that information only to provide the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. For church records, Daticks acts as a service provider to the church, and the church decides how those records are used.

We may suspend access where these terms are seriously breached or to protect the service or other users. The Primary Admin can permanently delete the church workspace from Settings.

Daticks is a company registered in Nigeria. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you use Daticks as a consumer, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live, and nothing in these terms overrides them.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the laws that apply to you, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version on this page.
